VIP ENTRANCE

Beginning for the Friday, March 4 performance, Heritage Bank Center premium seat and suite holders will now have their own exclusive entrance into the facility. Located on the Northeast corner of the venue, the VIP Entrance will allow expedited entry. Doors will open at the same time as regular admittance for contemporary events but you will now be able to enter 15 minutes early for Cyclones games. As you will only have access to this entrance, your tickets will still be accepted at all other gates into Heritage Bank Center as well. Also, please be sure to make note and make your clients, employees, and friends aware of the bag policy that was instituted in October 2021. 

Please understand that we will be monitoring the new VIP Entrance and ensuring that we can provide the most efficient entry that you have ever experienced at Heritage Bank Center. There are many moving parts within this new venture, so please be patient with our staff. Beginning with your April monthly tickets that will be sent later this month, we will identify your VIP access with an exclusive identifying ticket stock that will allow for seamless entry. We will keep you up to speed with that application. For now, please enjoy your new amenity as your tickets have been coded for entry beginning with Friday’s Katt Williams’ performance!
