DESCRIPTION:Rock & Roll Hall of Fame® Inductees\, GRAMMY® Award-nominated icons\,\nand RUSH Co-Founders Geddy Lee [bass\, keys\, vocals] and Alex Lifeson [guitar\, vocals]\ntoday announce four new arena shows on their celebrated 2026 headline tour\, Fifty\nSomething. The band will perform at Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati\, OH\, on\nOctober 23\, 2026. Geddy Lee & Alex Lifeson of Rush share about the significance of\nthese newly added dates\, “When we initially booked this tour we didn’t know how well we\nwould hold up to the rigours of the road - so we played it safe with lots of days off to\nrecover - but life is nothing if not surprising and we’re doing fine and having a blast - so\nwhy not try to hit a few more of the cities that have always treated us so well.”\n\nABOUT RUSH\nRUSH took rock music into uncharted territory and to unmatched heights fueled by the\nonce-in-a-lifetime interplay of Geddy Lee [bass\, keys\, vocals]\, Alex Lifeson [guitar\,\nvocals]\, and the late Neil Peart [drums\, lyrics]. Selling over 45 million albums worldwide\,\ngarnering seven GRAMMY® Award nominations\, tallying billions of streams\, and earning\ninduction into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame\, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame®\, and the\nCanadian Songwriters Hall of Fame\, the pioneering trio’s incalculable influence has\nspanned generations\, attracting one of the most ardent audiences in history. These\nmusicians effectively reimagined and redefined rock without boundaries\, striking a balance\nbetween elite instrumentation\, anthemic vocals\, provocative lyricism\, and timeless\nstorytelling both sonically and thematically. RUSH notably achieved “the third most\nconsecutive gold/platinum studio albums by a rock a band behind only the Beatles and the\nRolling Stones.” Furthermore\, their accolades have included becoming Officers of the\nOrder of Canada in 1996\, achieving the Canadian Governor General’s Performing Arts\nAward in 2012\, and receiving recognition with both a star on the Canada Walk of\nFame and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The world tragically said goodbye\nto Peart on January 7\, 2020 following his battle with brain cancer. Honouring Peart and the\nlegacy the band had forged together\, Lee and Lifeson celebrate RUSH on tour in 2026. It’s\na moment for new listeners to finally experience this music live in all of its glory and\nanother chance for the group’s faithful fanbase to rally again.\n\n\n\n\n• Purses/Backpacks / Bags are prohibited unless they fit the guidelines below.\n• Bags must be CLEAR and may not exceed 12"x12"x6"\n• Clutches are permitted but may not exceed 1"x6"x4"\n• Exceptions: Diaper Bags with accompanying child & Medical Bags.
