We take the health and safety of our patrons, staff, and community seriously and urge everyone to continue to follow the guidelines set forth by public health officials. Heritage Bank Center will be following the recommendations of state and local government. As such, there is no requirement of proof of vaccination, negative test, or wearing of a mask at this point in time unless requested by the individual event organizer.  Please visit the event detail page for the event that you are attending to see if this is required from you or not. 

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, the Heritage Bank Center Front Office will be operating on limited hours as seen below. If you have questions about canceled/rescheduled events, refunds, or general inquiries, please email us at info@heritagebankcenter.com

The Heritage Bank Center Box Office is open Monday - Friday 11:00am to 3:00pm.

 

At the direction of Governor Mike DeWine’s Shelter In Place Order across the state of Ohio; Heritage Bank Center will be taking the following actions for events at the venue: 

 

 

• Cher "Here We Go Again" Tour originally scheduled for April 7 and rescheduled to September 14, 2020 has been canceled. Refunds are available at the original point of purchase
• Disney on Ice "Roadtrip Adventures" originally scheduled for March 19-22, 2020 was canceled and refunds are currently available at the original point of purchase
• Paw Patrol "Great Pirate Adventure" originally scheduled for April 18 & 19 and rescheduled to December 5 & 6, 2020 has been postponed and a new date will be announced in the future. Refunds available at the original point of purchase.
• Five Finger Death Punch originally scheduled for May 8, 2020 and rescheduled to November 9, 2020 has been canceled. Refunds available at the original point of purchase.
• Foo Fighters Van Tour 2020 originally scheduled for May 14, 2020 and rescheduled to October 13, 2020 has been canceled. Refunds available at the original point of purchase.
• Elevation Nights Tour featuring Pastor Steven Furtick originally scheduled for June 1, 2020 has been canceled and refunds available at the original point of purchase.
• Jurassic World Live originally scheduled for October 22-25, 2020 has been canceled. Refunds available at the original point of purchase.
