Will Call Procedures
Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window two hours prior to the start time of an event. You must have valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. The will-call window is located on the plaza level 4th floor of Heritage Bank Center facing Great American Ballpark) facing Great American Ballpark.
Credit Card Entry (Paperless Ticketing)
Some events or price levels may utilize paperless ticketing, or credit card entry. In these cases the card you used to buy your ticket is your ticket. Just show that card at the entrance along with a photo ID; they’ll swipe it to find your purchase and print a seat locator slip. General Admission Entrance
Anyone with a General Admission ticket must enter the building via our General Admission entrance (located near the corner of Mehring Way and Old Broadway - at River Level). Our General Admission gates open two hours prior to the start time of any event that offers General Admission seating.
Children's Admission
Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children (i.e.,Sesame Street Live) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. To inquire about specific events, please call 513-421-4111.
Third Party Ticket Policy
Please be cautious when purchasing tickets from any source other than Ticketmaster! Keep in mind that If you choose to purchase your ticket from a third party or broker:
- Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and cannot guarantee admittance.
- We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold by a broker or unauthorized third party. Revoked tickets are not valid for admission and are non-refundable.
