In most cases, all you have to do is get to downtown Cincinnati to find Heritage Bank Center. From there, you can follow the signs to the coliseum. We're located on the Ohio River right next to Great American Ballpark, The Banks, and Paul Brown Stadium. We're also directly across the river from the Newport Aquarium and Newport on the Levee.

Box Office Information

The main box-office is located on the plaza level (4th floor of Heritage Bank Center facing Great American Ballpark). You may access the plaza level by utilizing the steps surrounding Heritage Bank Center and Great American Ballpark or by entering the security entrance (corner of Mehring Way and Old Broadway) on non-event days.


Seating Charts

All events at Heritage Bank Center have assigned seating. There are ushers available to help you find your seat location. Each event at Heritage Bank Center is unique, so use the charts here as a general guide. Click on a section of the chart to see what your view will be (Some seating arrangements may not have views available yet).


Band-A-Hand

Parents, don’t forget to register your child at one of our Band-A-Hand locations on the plaza level during family shows. Band-A-Hand allows you to wristband your child with seat location, should he/she wander off during your visit with us at Heritage Bank Center. 


Sensory Kits

Heritage Bank Center offers sensory kits that you may check-out for patrons that are sensitive to auditory and visual stimulation. Kits include antiglare glasses, communication card, identification wristbands, noise-reducing ear covers, small "fidget" toy, sanitizing wipes & tissues, venue map & more. Please stop by the customer service desk (next to the main entrance) for more information.


Policies

All guests entering the venue are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Heritage Bank Center Security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.

Prohibited Items


For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility. The following items are not permitted:

• Animals/Pets (except service animals)
• Audio/Video Recording Equipment
• Balloons, Beach Balls or similar inflatable items
• Cans, Bottles, Glass or Other Beverage Containers

Accessibility

Guests with specific accessibility needs should contact the venue in advance to arrange. Please try to call at least three days before the event, if possible.

Age Restrictions

Children two and older must have a valid ticket to gain entrance to the venue. Age restrictions vary per event.

Aisles and Inner Concourse

For safety and as a courtesy to other guests, sitting and/or standing in the aisles or inner concourse is not permitted. Aisles and the inner concourse should be kept clear at all times.

Alcohol Beverage Policy

No alcohol or any illegal substances may be brought in the venue. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by persons 21 years of age or older with legal identification. Sales terminate at any time at the sole discretion of management.

Animals

Only service animals are permitted inside of the venue. They must stay on a harness in ticketed areas and may not block any aisle, hallway, etc.

ATM

There are two ATM’s located at the venue. One is located near the Main Gate, behind section 138 and the other is located near the East Gate, behind section 117. .

Baby Changing Tables

Baby changing stations are located in all public restrooms in the venue.

Balloons

Ballons are not permitted inside the venue.

Bag Checks

All guests are subject to a bag search and security check before entering the venue.

Banners / Signs

Only handheld signs and banners are allowed in the venue. Sticks on any signs must be removed. Obscene language or graphic material will not be allowed. Banners and signs may not obstruct other guests’ views, or cover any permanent signage inside the venue. Venue management reserves the right to confiscate any sign that is deemed unacceptable. This policy may vary per event.

Birthday Announcements/Messages

All message requests for Cyclones Games must be processed directly through the team. Please call 513-421-7825 to make a request. Announcements for other venue events are not possible.

Box Office

Located on the West side of the venue. Guests may purchase tickets through Ticketmaster online, by calling 800-745-3000 or at any Ticketmaster outlet.

Cameras

Small, non-professional still cameras that are less than 3 ½ inches in length may be brought into the venue. Audio or video recording devices are prohibited. Guests are not permitted to block aisles or the view of other guests while taking pictures. Tripods and monopods are not permitted in the building. This policy is subject to change per event.

Code Of Conduct –

All guests attending venue events are expected to comply with the following Heritage Bank Center – Fan Code of Conduct. We are committed to provide a safe, comfortable and family atmosphere in the venue. Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where:
• Guests shall be respectful to all other guests, fans, participants, event officials, entertainers, athletes, venue staff and venue property.
• Guests shall not willfully and maliciously disturb a guest/employee and shall not interfere in other guests’ enjoyment of the event.
• Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat.
• Guests who drink alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner.
• Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. • Guests shall smoke only in designated external areas.
• Guests shall refrain from using offensive language, making obscene gestures, wearing obscene or indecent clothing, throwing projectiles of any kind and possessing prohibited items.
• Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting.
• Guests shall never enter the playing or performance area, or interfere with the progression of the event in any fashion.
• Any other conduct deemed by the venue to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the safety or persons or property will be handled by venue staff in its sole discretion.
• Guests shall comply with the direction and instructions of venue staff.
• Guests are responsible for their own good time by immediately reporting inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher or building liaison.

Disorderly Conduct

Any guest who fails to adhere to the policies and procedures of the venue, or local, state and federal law is subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Door Opening / Closing times

For most events Heritage Bank Center Opening & Closing times are as follows: OPEN: 60 minutes for sporting events and family shows, Cyclones season ticket holders 15 minutes before general doors, 90 minutes for concerts, 2 hours for shows with any general admission areas. These do vary by show so please check your tickets or information contained on the website. CLOSE: Suite holders may remain up to 60 minutes past the end of the event as long as they remain either in their suites. All non-premium ticket holding guests are welcome to stay no longer than 30 minutes after the conclusion of the event.

Dress Code

Guests are prohibited from wearing any clothing displaying profane or offensive material. Guests found within the venue wearing clothing displaying items that can be construed as profane or offensive by management will be asked to provide a solution where the items will no longer be displayed. If no solution can be found, or the solutions do not meet the satisfaction of management, the guest may be ejected from the facility. Additionally, all guests must be fully-clothed to enter any area of the venue. Guests without shirts, shoes, etc. will not be permitted entrance.

Elevators

There are three elevators in the venue, behind sections 103, 124, and 137.

Event Seating Policy

In order to ensure all of our guests receive the full value of their ticket investment, only those persons with a ticket for a particular seat will be able to occupy that seat.

Family Restrooms

There is a family/accessible handicap behind section 112.

FIREARMS

Firearms of any kind are not permitted inside Heritage Bank Center. Guests are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venue. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession of such items will be asked to remove the item from the venue or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the venue and may be subject to arrest.

First Aid

The First Aid room is located behind section 110. We have a trained first aid staff available during all events. Contact the nearest venue staff member if you are in need of assistance.

Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverage are not permitted inside the venue. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons. Please inform the Security Officer checking your bag, if this is the case.

Gifts

Per venue policy, no outside Food & Beverage may be brought into the venue; including all alcohol, bottles of wine or cakes. Gifts must be unwrapped or in a gift bag. All gifts must be presented to security before entering the venue.

Group Discounts

Our Group Sales Department can help with group ticketing for all types of events. For non-Cyclones events please contact Kelly Hover at 513-421-4111x 178 and for Cyclones events contact 513-421-PUCK (7825).

Guest Relations

Located at on the Main Concourse by Section 102. It is designed to provide answers to questions or issues during an event. In addition, it provides assistance to guests with disabilities.

Handouts

Distribution of handouts, flyers, pamphlets or promotional items are not permitted on Heritage Bank Center property without prior authorization from venue management. Solicitation for signatures on petitions is also prohibited.

Intoxicated Guests

The venue has the right to refuse entry to any guest deemed intoxicated upon arrival. Any intoxicated guest causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

Laser Pointers

Laser pointers and similar items are prohibited. Any laser pointer which is confiscated will not be returned.

Lost Child / Guest

All separated parties will be directed or taken to the Guest Relations desk behind section 102. For safety reasons, we are unable to make in-venue announcements for lost children or guests.

Lost and Found Items

During an event, all lost and found items will be taken to the Guest Relations desk. Once the event is over, the guest can contact 513-421-4111 to follow up.

Merchandise

The Main Merchandise stand is located inside the Main Entrance by Section 104. For larger shows, auxiliary stands are often set up behind sections 117, 126, and 138.

Parking

Convenient parking is located at the Central Riverfront Garage to the west of the venue, the East Garage on the east side of the venue, the Cincinnati Public Landing off Mehring Way, and other surface lots in the area.

Pick up / Drop-Off Area

The most convenient dropoff location is in on Main St/Joe Nuxhall Way in front of the Reds Hall of Fame.

Public Telephones

There are not any public telephones at the venue.

Public Address

We do not offer a paging system and no appeals or announcements will be made over the public address system.

Pucks

Pucks that go into the seating area during a Hockey game may be kept by the guest who catches it. However, a guest may not reach over any barrier or enter any secured area in an attempt to retrieve an object.

Puck in Play Policy

We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience. Please be aware of our Puck in Play Policy, which requires guests to refrain from accessing their seats until the puck is no longer in play. This policy minimizes the risk of guest injury and enables an unobstructed view of the game.

Re-Entry

The venue has a NO RE-ENTRY policy during events. Exceptions may be made in cases of medical reasons or to return a prohibited item to a vehicle.

RV’s

Overnight parking is not permitted in any of our parking lots.

See Something Say Something

The If You See Something, Say Something campaign is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities. If you see something, say something! To report suspicious activity, see your nearest Usher or Security Officer.

Selfie Sticks

Are not permitted in the venue.

Skateboards / Razor Scooters / Rollerblades

Skateboarding, scooter riding and rollerblading in Heritage Bank Center and in any of the parking lots is prohibited.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the venue at any time including the use of smoking devices such as electric or vapor cigarettes, pipes, etc. Smoking is only permitted in external designated locations. For most events this is on the north side of the outer concourse, behind section 125 or 130. This may change for certain events.

Standing

When a ticket is purchased, the ticketholder is entitled to the seat and the standing area in front of the seat. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted. Standing guests should be respectful of others around them.

Strollers

Small collapsible strollers that can fit under the seat of the guest and remain out of the aisles.

Tailgating

Parking around the venue is owned and controlled by Hamilton County and other private vendors. Tailgating is at the lot owners’ discretion.

Ticket Scalpers / Brokers

Scalpers and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of the venue. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests should make their purchase through authorized outlets only.

Umbrellas

Compact, folding/collapsible umbrellas are allowed into the venue. They must be stored under the seat of the guest and remain out of the aisles.

Visual Inspection

All bags, coats, and guests will be searched prior to entry into the venue. Prohibited items must be returned to one’s vehicle or be confiscated in order for admittance.

Will Call

Will Call windows are located at the Box Office on the west side of the building and is accessible from the outer plaza.

Each event may have exceptions to these policies, so be sure to check the specific event page before attending.
