Comedian heavyweights Sommore, Gary Owen, Mark Curry, Tommy Davidson, Michael Blackson are set to bring The Festival of Laughs to Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati on Feb. 29 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. local time.
