Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state, and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, the Monster Jam events scheduled on November 21 & 22 at Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio has been rescheduled. The new dates are April 17 & 18, 2021.
Tickets for the Saturday, November 21st event will be honored on April 17th and tickets for Sunday, November 22nd will be honored on April 18th. If you have any questions about the transfer of your tickets, please contact the Box Office at info@heritagebankcenter.com.
Should you choose to receive a refund and you purchased your tickets on www.ticketmaster.com with a credit card, you must request a refund by logging into your Ticketmaster.com account or by calling Ticketmaster directly at 1-800-653-8000.
If you purchased tickets directly from the box office, please contact the Box Office info@heritagebankcenter.com. Once you have emailed to request a refund, a member of the Box Office Staff will contact you directly to confirm they have received your request and confirm your refund has been completed.
If you purchased your tickets elsewhere, contact your point of purchase directly.
