Evanescence + Halestorm’s show scheduled for December 12, 2021 in Cincinnati at Heritage Bank Center has been rescheduled to Friday, January 14, 2022. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date. More information will be emailed to ticketholder's directly.

STATEMENT FROM EVANESCENCE
"Well, after taking every precaution imaginable, our tour has been hit by COVID and we are forced to postpone our show tonight in Cincinnati. The good news is we were able to reschedule the show so hold onto your tickets because we are still coming for you! Be on the lookout for an email with additional information. Covid-19 Requirement:

The event organizer is requiring all attendees of this event to have received a COVID-19 test (within 72 hours before the event) OR be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This documentation must match the ID of the person and you will need to present it as you enter the facility. 

 

If presenting a Negative Covid Test:

• Tests must be administered or supervised by an accredited provider
• Physical paper results, digital results, and apps are permitted
• NOT PERMITTED: Self-Administered at home tests without the direct supervision of a health care provider (in person or virtually) who can present results as outlined above.

 

If presenting Covid-19 Vaccine card:

• The actual card, a physical copy of the card, a photo copy of the card, or an app may be presented
• The individual must be fully vaccinated meaning two shots + two weeks for Moderna and Pfizer and one shot + two weeks for Johnson and Johnson.

On-Site Testing

A limited number of tests will be available on-site at a cost of $25. Starting at 2 pm, concert-goers will be able to visit the tent located on the plaza level near Main Gate (west end of the facility near Reds bleachers) to receive a rapid test administered by local health professionals. A rapid test ticket must be purchased at the box office and walked across the plaza to be redeemed for the test. Supplies are limited. First come, first serve. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

 

Bag Policy

• Backpacks / Bags are prohibited

• Clear Bags may not exceed 12"x12"x6"

• Clutches may not exceed 1"x6"x4"

• Exceptions: Diaper Bags with accompanying child. These bags are subject to full search upon entry
