GENERAL ADMISSION UPDATE AS OF THURSDAY JULY 28

Out of an overabundance of caution due to a growing volume of fans already arriving on site and the related safety concerns of a rush to the start of the line or disputes over line placement, the following system will be used for early arriving Greta Van Fleet General Admission Ticket Holders.

We will use a random number generated to designate the line order.
 
Patrons on the property at 12:00 Noon on Friday, July 29, will each be issued a numbered wristband.
 

• A random number will be generated within the range of the wristband numbers.

• The number generated will be the first in line.

• Then the line will be ordered by wristband number from that starting number.

• For example, if 100 wristbands are issued, and the number 54 is drawn, then 54 will be first in line, 55 will be second, and so on. After 100 is reached, then number 1 is next, then 2, and so on.

 
This order will be used to establish the line at the designated starting point on the south plaza of the arena, and will be walked to the GA entrance of the arena when it is safe to do so on show day.
 
One person may select a wristband for a party of up to 6 people to remain together. 

Once the line is established, your space in line should be occupied until the line is moved to the GA entrance on Saturday. We cannot guarantee your place in line if you leave. This system eliminates the advantage created by arriving sooner than the previously stated start time and creates an equal opportunity for all at that time.

LINE START TIME AND GENERAL ADMISSION DETAILS

In an effort to keep fans, staff, and touring personnel safe and after lengthy discussions with Cincinnati Police Department and tour management, General Admission lines can start to form at Noon (12:00pm) on Friday, July 29. This initial queue will begin on the south side (riverside) of the Heritage Bank Center plaza above Mehring Way as illustrated in the image below. Restroom facilities will be available for those fans who choose to wait. On the morning of the show, once load in is complete, the tour will work with venue personnel and the Cincinnati Police Department to determine when we can safely move the line from the south side of venue’s plaza to in front of the General Admission doors off of Old Broadway. Wristbands or placeholders will not be issued and all members of your party must be with you to reserve their spot in line. 
 
At 5:00pm all gates into the facility will open. Fans will need to pass through the safety measures including a metal detector. General Admission ticket holders will be allowed access to the floor via a slow and controlled release to the barricade.

BAG POLICY

• Backpacks / Bags are prohibited

• Clear Bags may not exceed 12"x12"x6"

• Clutches may not exceed 1"x6"x4"

• Exceptions: Diaper Bags with accompanying child. These bags are subject to full search upon entry
