GENERAL ADMISSION LINE START TIME AND SYSTEM
Staff and management at Heritage Bank Center want everyone to get their fullest – and safest – experience at the Twenty-One Pilots show on August 21. As much as we understand camping for days in advance of the show is part of the fan experience, for the health, safety, and welfare of all concerned, we must discourage the practice.
The following wristband system to determine line placement, and deter on-site camping, will be utilized for General Admission, “pit” entrance for the show.
Patrons on property at 12:00 Noon on Friday, August 19, will each be issued a numbered wristband. Patrons should report to the Heritage Bank Center box office to be a part of this lottery.
This order will be used to establish the line placement at the GA doors beginning at 12:00 noon on show day, August 21. Patrons on-site at noon on Friday will be entered into the lottery, which will be drawn immediately.
Patrons arriving after the lottery, up until the start of the line on Sunday, will receive the next sequential wristband. This can be obtained at the Security Desk located on the street level at the corner of Mehring Way and Old Broadway.
You must be present to secure a wristband and a place in line. Extra wristbands cannot be issued. Each ticket holder wishing to get early placement must be present to get their wristband.
When the line is permitted on Heritage Bank Center, expected to be 12:00 noon on show day, August 21, staff will assist patrons to get into wristband order to form up the line. Patrons arriving after that time will simply line up at the end of the line that has formed.
Wristband-designated access and line placement will be honored until 2:00 PM on Show Day, August 21.

• Backpacks / Bags are prohibited
• Clear Bags may not exceed 12"x12"x6"
• Clutches may not exceed 1"x6"x4"
• Exceptions: Diaper Bags with accompanying child. These bags are subject to full search upon entry
