Billie Eilish - Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour

GENERAL ADMISSION ENTRY AND ACCESS DETAILS

No Pre-Show Camping!

No Camping is permitted for lines to form for the Billie Eilish concert at Heritage Bank Center on November 8, 2024. Camping is not permitted on venue or city property. A lottery system will be used to determine the first people in line, with wristbands issued for that as well as for people arriving after the lottery is conducted.

Heritage Bank Center policy is to conduct a random lottery for line placement for the General Admission pit area.

  • Lottery Process
    • The lottery will be held at 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 7, 2024, on the plaza level, near the Box Office at Heritage Bank Center.
      • All ticket holders who are present at 5:00 PM will be issued a sequentially numbered wristband. Ticketholders must be present to participate in the lottery drawing.
      • A random number within the range of issued wristband numbers will be generated via an online random number generator.
        • For example, if wristbands are ordered 1001 to 1100, the random number would be within that range.
          • If number 0513 is drawn, that person is first in line, followed by 0514, and so on.
          • When it gets to 1100, then 1001 would follow 1100.
        • After that, sequential wristbands will be issued as people arrive, available all night and up to 10:00am on show day, with the understanding that camping is not permitted.
          • Please return at the appointed time as denoted below.
      • Parties may elect to stay together at the number of the furthest number back of their group, but no one may skip ahead of other people to join a friend with better line placement.
      • Portalet Restrooms and Hydration Stations will be available for fans who are waiting in line
