Entering the Arena

The main entrance of the arena is on the West side of the building facing Great American Ballpark next to the box office. You may also enter the building on the East side of the building facing the East Garage. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the policies of the building & the specific policies of the event.

Finding Your Seat

All events at Heritage Bank Center have assigned seating. There are ushers available to help you find your seat location. Each event at Heritage Bank Center is unique, so use the charts below as a general guide.
